A personal account for train attendants of Ukrainian Railways
Services
Volunteer development of an internal system for Ukrainian Railways in cooperation with "Vintage Web Production". The design was on “Vintage” side, and the functionality and layout of the personal account on “Homin”.
The project organized by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Office of the President of Ukraine has become an important step towards simplifying the operation of evacuation trains.
Together with the "Homin" and "Vintage Web Production" teams, we have joined efforts in organizing security at a crucial time when Ukrainians are forced to save their lives and seek shelter.
Project challenges

Replace the current Excel spreadsheets, as they are slow and unreliable for exchanging information.

Develop a solution for conductors to gather information about temporarily displaced Ukrainians during train direction.

Ensure the secure and rapid transfer of collected data to the evacuation center.

Streamline the tasks of Ukrzaliznytsia staff, the call center, and volunteers by implementing a unified web portal system solution.
How does this system work?

Integrated system
The system brings together the efforts of Ukrzaliznytsia employees, the call center, and volunteers.
Using a personal account, the train attendant records the passengers of the evacuation train through a straightforward step-by-step form (with all necessary details and personal accommodation requirements).

Data processing
These details are promptly processed through the web portal where the personal account is located and synchronized between regional call centers and volunteer centers.
As a result, every evacuated Ukrainian will be able to secure accommodation during the evacuation route and receive humanitarian, medical, or psychological assistance upon arrival.

We took part in an important project for Ukrainian railways which saves Ukrainian lives. Because there should be "a place where people are waiting for you”.
